Hans Temple, Austrian (1857 - 1931)

Hans Temple was born in Littau on July 7, 1857. He was a student of Hans Canon of the Vienna Academy. He mostly painted portraits of artists of his time. The National Museum of Vienna has in its permanent collection The Sculptor V. Tilgner working on the Mozart monument and The Medallion maker A. Scharf in his studio. He died in 1931 in Vienna.
