Absentee & Phone Bid Registrations must be received at least one hour prior to the beginning of the auction. You will receive confirmation of receipt by phone, fax, or email. If you do not receive confirmation, resubmit by calling 718-937-0901 or 800-888-1063, or re-faxing to 718-937-1206.

Due to the uncertainties of bidding patterns a lot may sell for the same amount or slightly less than your bid. To avoid this possibility you may authorize us to increase your bid by one increment by placing a (+) plus sign beside your maximum bid.

In the event that identical bids are submitted the earliest bid received will take precedence.

PLEASE NOTE: The buyer's premium for absentee and telephone bidders is 20%. Lot descriptions do not include damage, repairs, or restoration to items. The absence from the description of any such notes must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Condition reports are provided prior to the sale upon request.
