Each of her paintings reflects his concerns , his feelings, his fantasies through characters, often symbolic objects , architecture and landscapes , associations of ideas and forms. His painting, which since the School has always been against the current methods is difficult to classify. Symbolist, dreamlike , fantastic, realistic or surreal, poetic allusions, musical or literary ( visible or underlying ) can mingle humor or fantasy while expressing tradition and modernity. Curious , inventive, love symbols, myths and metamorphoses, his love of beauty in all its forms, from the wonderful baroque lushness , the unusual and the sacred and its philosophical and metaphysical obsessions come together to to be combined in his paintings. poetry, mystery and humor. Favoring the plastic sense to anecdote , he treats either : the figure and portraits often become tributes (Joseph Vernet , PP Grasset , Callas, Ader , Maupassant , Dali, Saint- Exupéry , Maurice Boitel or Chaplain -Midy , he made the portrait a year before his death) architectures with portraits of cities (Venice , Imperia, Berlin or Angers ), landscape or still life.
