About The Artist: Frank Cirocco

Frank Cirocco started his comics career in underground comix. He founded underground magazine Venture in 1976, together with Gary Winnick. He went on to become an artist for Marvel, where he has worked on a list of titles. He co-created 'Alien Legion' with Carl Potts. Again with Gary Winnick, Frank Cirocco founded Lightsource Studios, where he created the comic 'Space Babe', among others....

About The Medium: Lithograph

A print created using flat stones or metal plates. The artist creates a lithograph by drawing an image directly onto the printing element using materials like lithograph crayons or special grease pencils. After this, the drawing is transferred from the plate to the paper in multiples. A lithograph will not have dots when examined with a magnifying glass.
