Georges Lepape, born in Paris on 26 May 1887 and died in Bonneval (Eure-et-Loir) on 15 February 1971, is a fashion designer, poster, French writer and illustrator, particularly representative of the 1930s. In 1910 he exhibited at the Salon d'Automne, where he met the couturier Paul Poiret with whom he befriends. It shows him in 1911 for Les Choses de Paul Poiret, considered his masterpiece.
