Gustav Robert Högfeldt (born February 13, 1894 in Eindhoven, Netherlands, June 5, 1986 in Djursholm) was a Swedish painter, illustrator and cartoonist. Högfeldt studied painting in Dusseldorf, 1913/17 on the Stockholm Academy in Paris. He traveled in France and Italy and lived in Stockholm. The artist creates a lithograph by drawing an image directly onto the printing element using materials like lithograph crayons or special grease pencils. After this, the drawing is transferred from the plate to the paper in multiples. A lithograph will not have dots when examined with a magnifying glass.
