Henri Plisson was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Henri attended the University of Nebraska for his undergraduate degree and continued to the University of Southern California for his Master of Fine Arts degree. Henri combines his classical foundation with a richly textured style to create a unique vision. He incorporates an astonishing sense of color creating vibrant and radiant images. Plisson's excellent technical skills coupled with a rich imagination and intuitive technique has set him apart from his colleagues. His work has pushed beyond the Impressionist style to a more specific genre of emotional expressionism."
