About the artist:

Born in Guaxupe, Minas Gerais, on April 2, 1939. It is a self-taught painter. His first contact with the ink was 17 years old. Gradually, he developed the technique, looking for its individuality, its brand and style. Graduated in Journalism, Advertising and Publicity, in addition to communications, Henry Victor worked this area for 32 years. In parallel, practiced his craft as a painter and poet. Today, 72 years, the artist has to his credit numerous exhibitions in the country and abroad. It is one of the names highlighted in Brazilian naive art. His technique is elaborated in his pictures and noticed a subtle and delicate brushwork. In its work, the artist seeks simplicity, joy, dream landscape, almost Eden, where mankind lives in peace.
