Howard Lockhart Fogg (April 7, 1917 – October 1, 1996) was an American artist specializing in railroad art. Howard Fogg was born in Brooklyn, New York, on April 7, 1917. Raised in Wilmette, Illinois, his love of railroading came from his father, a VP of the Litchfield & Madison Railroad.
