Hugo Wetli (born 20 March 1916 in Berne, 23 August 1972) was a Swiss painter, graphic artist, lithographer, draftsman and illustrator. Hugo Wetli first graduated as a draftsman in Bern before completing his education as a graphic artist in Bern and Geneva. He was employed as a draftsman in a Bern animation film, worked thereafter for the house magazine of a Geneva industrial company, and finally changed the head of the graphic workshop of an...

About The Medium: Lithograph

A print created using flat stones or metal plates. The artist creates a lithograph by drawing an image directly onto the printing element using materials like lithograph crayons or special grease pencils.
