About the artist:

Julio Santiago Bracero is a Modern artist born in 1948 in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. He studied in the School of Visual Arts of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture. He has exhibited at the Salon of the Law School of Puerto Rico, the Museum of Fine Arts at the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, and at the Puerto Rican Atheneum. He participated in the First and Second Biennials of Latin American Graphics in San Juan in 1970 and 1972
