About the artist:

A highly experimental artist, Lamont Ferguson created artistwork with molten plastics. Opaque, Semi-Opque and Transparent melted plastic are fused together producing a highly organic effect, as if each color actual grew into its neighbor. In some works Mother of Pearl, Metal Powders, Gold Leaf, Crushed Color Crystals are introduced to addd a rich texture.
