Dulfan Lucien (b. 1942) - Ukrainian painter. Born in Kyrgyzstan. He graduated from Odessa Art School (1953-1963), professor D. Frumina. He participated in over 100 exhibitions (since 1966), more than 70 international. Member of the National Union Artists of Ukraine(1973).
