About the artist:
He studied at the School of Visual Arts where he won the First Prize in drawing. Since then he has received many more prizes. He designed of the Book cover of “Gimpel The Fool” by Isaac Bashevis Singer. His graphics have appeared in the Seattle Art Museum’s International Exhibitions, the Honolulu Printmakers International, DePaul Univ. 7th Annual Contemporary American Printmakers Exhibition, 7th0 National at Ohio Univ., etc. He has had numerous one-man shows in the United States and Canada. In New York his work was represented by the Associated American Artists gallery. The Minnesota Museum of Art and The Library of Congress have acquired examples of his work.
