Renzo Paoletti was born in Florence in 1922. Being talented in art he studied this subject from an early age and became a pupil of Alberto Caligiani and of Ardengo Soffici. He is now a well-known painter of portraits and of landscapes, specialising in scenes of Florence and the surrounding Tuscany countryside.
