About the artist:

Richard Shiloh, born in Poland, is an internationally acknowledged Israeli sculptor. His numerous monumental works, commissioned by municipalities and private institutions, are on display in sculpture gardens, parks and city squares in Israel and abroad. One of his major works, "The Struggling Man", is placed in the residence of the President of Israel. Richard Shiloh's realistic style results in profoundly moving works of art. His smaller sculptures, inspired by the beauty of the human body and the emotions of his subjects, are on display in select galleries in Florida. Richard Shiloh participated in numerous critically acclaimed collective and one-man shows in New York, California, Florida and in his native land Israel. A versatile artist, Richard Shiloh has also written scripts for the Israeli television, and published several novels in Hebrew. His latest novel, a young-adult fantasy "Violet the Warrior Princess", is forthcoming in Israel and in the US. He lives with his wife, Ilana, in Ramla, Israel.
