Rodolfo Tarallo is a native of Montevideo, Urguay. Born in 1930 he received his art education at the Bellas Artes School. He started to paint and draw about the same time he began to write. His early talent was recognized and he has built a substantial name for himself in South America. He works primarily in oil or watercolor. Prizes awared him in juried shows span the continent and include painting entered in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, San Paulo and Rio de Janiero.
