about Two Egyptian Goddesses

Two Egyptian goddesses, perhaps, Isis and Hathor, who became associated later in Egyptian history.

Hathor was the goddess of the sky and mother of the god Horus and Ra. In the tomb of Nefetari, she was depicted as she is here in this painting, with a crown with a large orb held within. Isis was the goddess of life and magic, she protected women and children, and healed the sick.

About The Medium: Acrylic

A fast-drying paint made of pigment suspended in acrylic polymer emulsion. Acrylic paints are water-soluble, but become water-resistant when dry.
