This signed and numbered work transforms astronomical themes into a mesmerizing celebration of space and mathematical harmony, rendered with Vasarely’s characteristic mastery of Op Art techniques that create depth and movement reminiscent of stellar phenomena. The piece demonstrates the artist’s revolutionary approach to combining scientific inspiration with artistic innovation while showcasing his deep understanding of geometric relationships and optical effects during the height of the Space Age. About The Medium: Screenprint

A stencil process employing a frame on which silk or synthetic fabric is stretched. Stencils are hand-drawn or hand-cut and placed on the stretched fabric and act as a block out when the ink passes through the screen by means of a squeegee onto the paper, the non-stencil areas create the image. Also known as silkscreen or serigraph.
