Wulf Kirschner
Born in 1947 in Kiel, Wulf Kirschner now lives and works in Hamburg and Frankfurt. He is known primarily as a sculptor of abstract metal bodies with linear surfaces. However, since the late 1970s he has also been interested in graphic art. In his drawings and prints, he experiments with the balances of power in the formal elements of the pictorial space; lines become the link between sculptural works and those that he produces on paper....
